Hello Wardens, Clergy and friends, 

 We would like to inform you that the Diocesan Staff will be honouring the newly established Federal Stat National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30th.

 We encourage everyone not simply to take time off but to use it as an opportunity to spend some time learning and reflecting on Truth and Reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and considering the TRC calls to action.

New research from Alpha Canada reveals that 65% of Canadian church leaders do not see evangelism as a priority. In light of this eye-opening finding, the Life Shared Summit offers a 90-minute opportunity to discuss the state of evangelism among the Church in Canada.

On September 9th, you will hear a range of surprising research findings based on a recent survey of 2,700 church leaders across Canada. And, you’ll have the opportunity to hear from and pray with Church leaders and laypeople from across our nation!
