BABIES  are pretty cute and we have Baptism photos in this edition of Connecting Meota!!!  Also, we have a YWAM mention and photos from the successful craft fair!

This SATURDAY, the Alpha course begins. come and give you faith a boost.

TICKETS are still available for the Dinner and Show Friday Oct 10th, 7 pm, with music by Martyn, food by our church ladies, and door prizes ( bring your loonies and twonies.) 

In the edition, there are readings, prayers, funnies and puzzles, ENJOY!

LOTS  of announcements.

CRAFT FAIR At St George's this Saturday 10 - 4 pm.  Come and Christmas shop, get some home baking and support the projects of our little church.

Hum along to the 60's tune, laugh at some comedic moments and be awed by some magic tricks.. All this on October 10, 7 pm at Christ Church as a fundraiser for Anglican World Relief and Development. Bring you loonies and twonies for prizes!!

Sell those tickets by bringing a friend!!

The Readings this week include a favourite - Psalm 91.

Big Reminder - Sunday Aug 31 is the fifth Sunday in the month. That means all the churches gather together for ONE SERVICE for worship and BBQ! It is St George's turn to host everyone.

PLEASE  remind the people you see on Sunday that it's St George's Aug 31st - one service.

PLEASE  phone people you know that you didn't see in church on Sunday to meet everyone at St George's Aug 31st.

Burgers, hot dogs, buns and condiments provided. Please consider bringing a salad or dessert. Thanks!!!!
